Financial Advice
If you are considering buying a home, we would always recommend
that you contact an independent financial advisor. They will be
able to advise you on the best route to take based on your
individual circumstances. They will take into consideration your
monthly incomings and outgoings and make recommendations based on
what you can afford. The advice will usually be free of charge as
the advisor gets commission from the mortgage lender for arranging
the mortgage.
Always check that the advisor is 'whole of market' to make sure
that no particular mortgage product is being sold to you.
We work with a range of financial advisors who are familiar with
the HomeBuy schemes. We have put together a list of those who we
know will provide a good service please click on the link HomesHub IFA

If you have any comments or feedback for us after speaking with
one of our recommended advisors, please let us know.
