HomesHub is part of the Plus Dane Group, a not for profit
organisation. We promote affordable home ownership across
Merseyside and Cheshire. Since we started out in 2006, we've
helped hundreds of people realise their dream of owning their own
home. We believe in providing options and choices
for those who think they cannot afford to buy a home of their own.
We also now provide affordable rental options.
As the government's HomeBuy agent, we have been appointed
to process all the affordable home applications across Merseyside
and Cheshire. We provide information on where those affordable
homes are located through our website and central phone line. This
means we are a true one stop shop for anyone seeking affordable
homes. We also provide advice and support to those buying their
first home.

Associations in the North West, with a growing track record in the
delivery of a range of quality homes at affordable prices, from
stylish apartments in period conversions to contemporary new build
houses. The group currently owns and manages 15,000 homes. We are

We work as a neighbourhood investor (Ni). We spend
less on running our business and more on our homes and the
neighbourhoods we work in. Our belief is that only a radical shift
